She has also provided capacity-building and consulting services to child welfare agencies across North Carolina.

“I am honored to be selected as Social Work Program Administrator for Granville County DSS,” said Greer. “My focus will be ensuring high-quality service delivery in child welfare and adult services to the citizens of this county.”

A native of upstate New York, Greer graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York, with a degree in Psychology. She moved to Philadelphia after college and then relocated to Winston-Salem to begin her tenure with Guilford County DSS. Greer is the proud mother of one daughter, and grandmother to two grandchildren in Charlotte, ages one and four. Outside of work, Greer enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible while finding time to go bike riding, travelling, and enjoying the outdoors.
